Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Levra, including our website, digital prompt library, accounts, subscriptions, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using Levra, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Levra provides digital prompt systems and related content designed to help users create professional product imagery, branding assets, and creative outputs with third-party AI tools.

The Service

Levra is a digital storefront for curated AI prompts, frameworks, and related creative resources. Depending on your plan, you may access free prompts, a single paid category, or lifetime premium access to the full library.

Levra is not an AI image-generation engine itself. Prompts are intended to be copied and used with third-party AI tools of your choice. Results depend on those tools, your inputs, and how you use the prompts.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
• Use prompts for your own personal or business creative work, subject to the license below
• Not attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or subscription restrictions
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity

User Accounts

You may create an account using email and password or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental/guardian consent where required) to create an account and purchase paid plans.

Notify us immediately at support@levra.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Levra is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

License to Prompts and Content

Subject to your valid subscription and these Terms, Levra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the prompts and related materials available under your plan for your own internal personal or commercial projects. This license does not include ownership of Levra's intellectual property.

• You may use purchased or free prompts to generate outputs with third-party AI tools for your own projects
• You may not resell, republish, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly post Levra prompt libraries, frameworks, or paid content as a competing product or dataset
• You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract Levra content outside normal personal use of the website
• Account access is personal to you (or your business entity) and may not be shared as a multi-user library unless explicitly permitted by Levra in writing

Intellectual Property

The Service, including prompts, frameworks, text, design, branding, logos, software, and organization of the library, is owned by Levra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a plan gives you access and license rights described in these Terms, not ownership of Levra's underlying content. Outputs you create using third-party AI tools remain subject to those tools' terms and applicable law; Levra does not claim ownership of your final generated outputs solely because you used a Levra prompt.

Prohibited Use

Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

• Copy or redistribute Levra's prompt library for sale, free public distribution, or inclusion in another prompt marketplace
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to harvest Levra content
• Reverse engineer the Service for the purpose of building a competing prompt product from Levra materials
• Misrepresent affiliation with Levra or use Levra branding without permission
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans, including single-category and lifetime premium access, are purchased through our checkout flow. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change for future purchases.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe and Levra to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount and applicable taxes.

Access to paid content is provisioned after successful payment confirmation. Until payment is confirmed, paid features may remain locked.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Levra's paid plans are one-time purchases for lifetime access as defined below, not automatically renewing subscriptions.

Lifetime Access

"Lifetime" access means ongoing access to the purchased plan features for as long as Levra continues to operate and offer the Service in substantially similar form, subject to these Terms.

Lifetime access does not guarantee that every individual prompt will remain unchanged forever, that specific third-party AI tools will remain compatible, or that Levra will operate indefinitely without modification.

Levra may update, improve, reorganize, or replace prompts and categories over time. Material reductions in overall plan value will be handled reasonably and in good faith.

Refunds

Because Levra sells digital content that can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once paid content has been unlocked for your account.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, contact support@levra.io within 7 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or, at our discretion, provide a remedy including a refund where appropriate.

Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction with AI-generated results from third-party tools, misuse of prompts, or change of mind after content access may be declined.

AI and Results Disclaimer

Prompts are creative tools and guidance systems. Levra does not guarantee specific visual, commercial, or business outcomes from using any prompt with any AI model or platform.

Third-party AI tools are outside Levra's control. Their availability, pricing, policies, output quality, and terms may change. You are solely responsible for how you use prompts and for ensuring your use of AI tools and generated outputs complies with applicable law and third-party terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levra and its owners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service or any prompts. Levra's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Levra for the purchase giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, engage in fraud, or create risk or legal exposure for Levra or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, license restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and post the updated Terms on this page.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
